Planspiral manual chuck
We have the right soft and hard clamping jaws for all manual chucks, as well as customized special clamping jaws.
The clamping jaws are opened or closed centrically and steplessly in the clamping area with the aid of bevel gears (pinions) and the face spiral. Chuck body made of cast iron or steel with central lubrication. Face spiral and clamping jaws are hardened during use. Flanks of the spiral and thread flanks of the clamping jaws are ground on both sides. These chucks are used on conventional and cycle-controlled lathes, milling machines, dividing heads, rotary tables, grinding machines and measuring machines.
We offer manual chucks as 2-/3-/4-/6 face spiral precision centric jaw chucks, FN-Tru (radially adjustable), face plates (cast iron/steel) and FN precision four-jaw chucks, Wescott system (individually adjustable), as well as 4-jaw chucks 2+2 centric.
We also offer chucks directly with an adaptation (flange) to suit your lathe. We can supply you with flanges with mounting system Camlock DIN 55029 / bayonet with stud DIN 55027 / direct mounting ASA or DIN 55026, as well as threaded flanges W12 / W20 / W25 / 5C / F27 / F38 / Cintra / Myford.
